Welcome to Hawks Class

Hawks class is one of our two Year 6 classes. At this upper end of Key Stage 2, the ethos is very much on developing the sense of independence and responsibility: we have high expectations of our children, particularly as role models for the rest of the school, but we also have fun along the way! Year 6 is an important year, as their last year in primary school, and we aim to help your child prepare for the changes they will face as move on to secondary school and beyond. On this page you will find information about what we are up to each week, as well as how children's learning can be supported at home, both independently and from a parent's perspective. We hope you find it useful. Please do let us know if you need any support with anything related to your child or the curriculum - we're happy to help!
